⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Phoebe is an elegant and pragmatic woman who prioritizes results over anything else. She's a tremendously intelligent. The smartest out of her generation in her family and job profession.She's friendly with friends, allies and those who are a member of Atlesian family. Will treat them as if they were part of her own family. Her personality is what you expect out of a normal young woman. Being fond of sweets and children.Phoebe speaks in a polite manner and is often described as honest with good nature among others. However, when it comes to practice training and Huntress duties, she can be very strict and quick temper towards other Atlesian recruits.As a member of the Atlesian Army, Phoebe is a cool, level-headed woman rising in the Atlesian ranks. A genius person that passed the Atlas Exams. Scoring higher than the new recruits. Noticed by Winter and General Ironwood, Phoebe was recruited on the spot to be trained directly under Winter Schnee.

Childhood Biography

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Her childhood growing up was decently well. A few challenges here and there. Phoebe's father was rarely around due to work. It was just her and her mother. She mostly kept to herself due to her inability to speak to other people for some unknown reason. Most of her days were spent helping her mother with everything around the house, reading alone, burring herself in different kinds of literature. Whenever her father was around, he would teach her sword lessons.Around the age of 12, Phoebe took up Swordplay. Her father told her It would help her gain more self-confidence and independence. She eventually (with in time) became an accomplished sword practitioner in the local tournaments she partook at Vale and Mistral.Around spring time, Phoebe won her Vale tournament. During her time partaking in the small level tournaments at Vale and Mistral, Phoebe would meet with Mistral's champion and raising star: Pyrrha Nikos. Their rivalry relationship with each other would soon develop into them becoming best friends.

Freshman and Sophomore Year

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀At the start of the first year in Atlas Academy, Phoebe passed her classes and was ranked as one 'Atlas Promising Students'. Her hard work and commitment drew attention to the headmaster and his special operative. General Ironwood allowed Phoebe to take an early military exam. She took the exam and aced it. Phoebe became a military trainee working directly under Winter Schnee for an couple of months.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Her second year of school went smoothly. Some ups and downs. Dealing with anxiety, bullying, and difficult finding friends. Eventually things turn out for the better as she was promoted to Private First Class by Winter and General Ironwood. A year later during her 19th birthday she was promoted as Squad Captain.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀It was time to answer her true calling. Removing her Atlesian uniform along with her rank title. Phoebe abandons the old Atlesian teachings and decides to embark on a new chapter in her life. With Atlas destroyed. All hope seem lost for some. It was a blessing in disguise for chessnut haired woman. Now free to pursue her passions in life.Drawing upon the spontaneity of nature to accomplish this. Her passion for sword styles has blossomed. Thus, a new adventure begins anew.

Winter

Mentor. Although the teachings and time were limited, Phoebe has high respect and learned a lot from being under Winter's teachings. Becoming more independent in oneself and choosing a path suited in her heart.

Pyrrha

Rival turned best friend. Phoebe has a strong fondness for Pyrrha Nikos whom she looks up to as either a senpai, or a worthy fighter. They met in one of the major mini-league tournaments in Mistral. Although she was beaten by her in the semi-finals, Phoebe was glad to have met someone who shared a similar understanding of the limelight.

1: Her first name follows the Color Naming Rule. The genus Sayornis is a small group of medium-sized insect-eating birds. More specifically Eastern phoebe. Known for their plumage is gray-brown. It has a white throat, dirty gray breast. The name Phoebe derives from PHOIBOS, from Ancient Greek Mythology and is the other name of the 'God of light' and sun, Apollo. The name meaning “Bright", "Shining One". (white, brown, gray)

Semblance.

Constellation Dress is the semblance of Phoebe. It allows her transform her attire to one of the Constellation in celestial sphere. She currently has access to Pegasus.

"Pegasus" grants her angelic wings, the ability to fly at incredible speeds. Phoebe has trained herself over the years to use her flight to the fullest. There's a drawback for using it. Immense strain on her that's temporary. Depending the usage, it can spread across her body.

1. Phoebe had a hard time making friends with people with her status as a star. Anyone who tried being her friend was met with disappointment. Pyrrha was Phoebe's first genuine friend. Both share a similar feeling of social isolation.

2. After the events of her fight during the Battle of Atlas, Phoebe has overcome her doubts and grief over her friend's passing. A renewed strengthened resolution has made Phoebe embark on a journey of self-discovery and move forward with her life.
